Tom - Owner, General Manager
Tom is an engineer and has had a successful corporate and consulting career for 30+ years. He has previously cared for his late Mum and Sister Susy, who had down syndrome.
Tom has completed his disability cert IV and has a passion to give back to the community, in particular to those who need it most.
Tom likes to socialise, exercise, support AFL, AFLW and enjoys a round of golf!
Kyle - Owner, Disability Support Worker
After careers in Real Estate, IT and running a cleaning business, Kyle completed a cert IV in disability and has worked hands on in the field since 2015.
Kyle’s passion now is to bring a person-centred approach to disability services and having meaningful impacts in people’s lives.
Outside of work, Kyle enjoys travel, fitness, hiking, live music (and attempting to learn to play guitar) and an occasional game of golf!
Adam - Disability Support Worker
Adam has been working in the disability sector since 2008, with a wide variety of experience across the field.
He enjoys supporting people to be a part of their community and to live active, meaningful lives.
Adam enjoys walking & gym, photography, film-making, gaming and music production.
Negin - Nurse and Disability Support Worker
Negin holds a diploma of nursing EEN. She has 18 years of experience working in the aged care, rehabilitation, hospital, disability services and social work services.
Experienced working with clients who have autism (verbal and non verbal), Physical disability and mental health (depression, anxiety ,ADHD,…)
Negin enjoys socialising, travelling, and cooking.
Lauren - Registered Paramedic and Disability Support Worker
Lauren is a Registered Paramedic with post-graduate studies in mental health. With a big passion for helping people by making a difference in their lives, she has been a disability support worker since 2019 for a range of disabilities, ages and backgrounds.
She also has a big passion for AFL, playing since she was young and recently in the AFLW for the Sydney Swans. She now plays for Collingwood in the VFLW, loves her dogs, loves to cook and play guitar.
